The Kor Collection takes its name from the very essence of glowing embers – a piece of coal or wood fully ignited. Each wooden element in this collection carries its own story, now united with the warmth of fire, creating a harmonious, living composition. The burn marks that naturally surround these pieces give each Fire Nest a bold, unique character.


Our method, recently popularized as “Yakisugi”, involves charring the wood’s surface in a disciplined process. Though often credited as a Japanese technique, it was frequently used by our ancestors. This method not only extends the life of the wood and protects it from pests but also gives each piece a deep, textured character that visually captivates.


The Kor Collection is more than a series; it is the expression of the powerful union between wood and fire. Each piece brings a warm, natural touch and modern aesthetic to your living spaces.

Exclusive Copper Burners: Bioethanol fuel chambers (burners) and extinguishing tools are crafted from premium-grade copper, designed to harmonize fire and wood beautifully. These copper burners are available exclusively in Ateşbaz Art Fire Nests.


Durable & Long-Lasting: Wood is protected with eco-friendly, water-based acrylic varnish.


Elegant Natural Touches: To increase durability, the base is lined with genuine leather, also protecting delicate surfaces when feet are removed.


Safe to Use: Glass wool inside fuel chambers and heat-resistant glass ensure a visually mesmerizing yet safe flame.

Care & Maintenance:


Wood is protected with matte or semi-matte acrylic varnish. Regular dusting with a soft, damp cloth is sufficient; no extra treatment is needed.


Copper parts (excluding fuel chamber) are coated with clear varnish. Do not use chemicals, alcohol, vinegar, or metal polish on copper; only wipe with a damp cloth.


Bases lined with genuine leather can be gently cleaned with a few drops of olive oil on a lint-free cloth if desired.


Suitable for outdoor use, but prolonged exposure to rain, water, strong sun, or humidity is not recommended.


Wood may develop fine cracks or slight changes over time; this natural process adds unique character.


Fuel chamber is uncoated copper; it will naturally change color with use. Clean after at least 1 hour post-use with a dry or lightly damp cloth. Do not use chemicals or metal polish.


When not in use, place the copper extinguisher over the chamber for a decorative finish.


Fuel should be used entirely after filling. Extinguisher is for extinguishing only and cannot store remaining fuel.
