🔥 Each piece is truly one-of-a-kind, blending aged wood, copper, and glass into a safe and enchanting bioethanol fire experience.

The Story of the Vintage Collection

At Ateşbaz Art, our story has always been about giving life a second chance. Just like a tree trunk that once stood tall in the forest, or a wooden part of an old house that had lost its purpose, we transform these forgotten materials into new life.

The Vintage Collection takes its name from objects that have already lived a full life, transformed once before, and now call out once again to say, “I’m still here.” These pieces are reborn with new purpose.

Just like the story of this Fire Nest: a handmade coffee grinder that has stood against time, or the nearly century-old wooden hub of a horse-drawn carriage wheel.

We found this coffee grinder in an antique shop, and it seemed to whisper, “I still have work to do.” At the end of the photos, you can see how it looked when we first discovered it. We cleaned away the layers of dust, repaired what was needed, and transformed it into a truly unique Fire Hearth.

The essence of the Vintage Collection lies in its uniqueness and in our respect for the stories these objects carry.

Features of the Fire Nests

Unique Design: Only 1 piece has been made.

Natural & One-of-a-kind: Crafted entirely from natural wood, with textures and patterns that are unique to each piece.

Exclusive Copper Burners: To reflect the warm harmony of fire and wood, the bioethanol burner and snuffer are made of premium copper. Currently, these copper burners can only be found in Ateşbaz Art Fire Nests.

Durable & Long-Lasting: Protected with eco-friendly, water-based acrylic varnish to extend the life of the wood.

Refined Natural Touches: The bottoms are lined with genuine leather for extra durability. This also protects delicate surfaces (like tables) from scratches if the legs are removed.

Safe Use: Safety is our priority. Each fuel tank contains glass wool, and the fireproof glass ensures a safe view of the dancing flames.

Fuel: Bioethanol (eco-friendly, smokeless, soot-free).

Materials: Natural wood, copper burner, fire-resistant glass, genuine leather.

Dimensions & Fuel Capacity

Diameter: 15 cm

Height: With glass: 36 cm | Without glass: 21 cm

Capacity: 0.4 L → approx. 2.5 hours burn time

(burn time may vary depending on conditions of use and airflow)

Care & Maintenance

Wood surfaces are protected with matte or semi-matte acrylic varnish. Clean regularly with a soft, slightly damp cloth. No extra treatment is required.

Copper parts (except the burner interior) are coated with a protective clear varnish to preserve their original shine. Clean only with a soft damp cloth. Never use alcohol, vinegar, chemical cleaners, or metal polish.

Some Fire Nests are finished with genuine cowhide at the base. If desired, care can be done by wiping with a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with a few drops of olive oil.

Suitable for outdoor use, but should not be left exposed for long periods. Protect from rain, water, intense sunlight, and humidity.

As natural wood is a living material, it may respond to temperature and humidity over time, developing small cracks or slight changes in form. This natural process gives each piece its own unique character.

Copper burners are left uncoated inside, so with use they will naturally develop a patina over time. After use, wait at least 1 hour for the burner to cool before wiping with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Never use chemical cleaners or polish.

The snuffer lid is only for extinguishing flames. It is not a sealed cap and should not be used to store leftover fuel. For best results, burn all the fuel before refilling.

With proper care, your Fire Nest will accompany you for many years, gaining new marks and becoming part of your story.
